Cotton buds made of paper instead of plastic- to save the ocean

The pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson have decided to change the design of all their cotton buds to paper instead of plastic.

Plastic cotton buds seem to be the number one thing found in sewerage, oceans and rivers causing damages to ecosystem and wildlife according to Marine Conservation Society’s Great British Beach Clean.

Jonson & Johnson hope to decrees the plastic impact of the British oceans and beaches by changes their cotton buds handles to paper.
