Swedish chef Mathias Dahlgren is moving on from he’s Michelin star restaurant in Stockholm to change focus on greens. He is excited to create a green kitchen for the future and our next coming generation. He’s new restaurant Rutabaga opens 13th of February and will be a hundred percent green kitchen with inspirations from all over the world.
